How can I help you become more you?

Moms: I can help you let go of what is not working and create deep and meaningful relationships with your teens and young adults.

Teens/Young Adults: I can help you find who you are, have been and want to be.

My Approach

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Associate (CHMC) with over 30 years of experience working with students and families grades 6-12. For 26 of those years, I worked alongside twice-exceptional, neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and disenfranchised youth in a public alternative high school: students whose lateral wisdom and lived complexity consistently challenged and expanded my practice and being. I specialize in neurodivergent populations, LGBTQIA+, chronic illness, school refusal, and the intersection of identity, executive functioning, joy, creativity, and mental health for all ages. My approach draws on person-centered, constructivist methods, and I am currently building this private practice alongside part-time work in education

My process is simple and thoughtful.
